Danish Design since 1946
This charming illustration was made, most likely in the 1950s, for Den Lokale Cykelhandler (translated: The Local Bicycle Dealer).
The World-famous and happy Danish cyclists are getting a bit of fresh air on their daily ride, both the workman on his way to work with all his tools, and the mother shopping for groceries.
On the pavement you will notice a woman, clearly dissatisfied about not having a bicycle, so she can get home faster after her shopping spree.
This illustration was made in for Den Lokale Cykelhandler (translated: The Local Bicycle Dealer).
