The winking Balloon Man is ready to spread joy among the visiting children on Dyrehavsbakken; the oldest existing amusement park in the world.

This merry illustration was made for The Tourist Association of Copenhagen (Wonderful Copenhagen) in 1963.

The text goes; “De Morer Dem i København” (translated; You are having fun i Copenhagen).
